How Noopii subscriptions work
Noopii subscriptions are automatically renewed according to your selected delivery interval (e.g. 4 weeks) and the products will be automatically delivered to your door after each successful renewal.
For example, if you started a monthly subscription, then the Noopii system will automatically charge your credit card each month and you will get the products to your home without the need to place the order every time!
Can I pause or cancel a subscription?
Yes! You can pause or cancel a subscription any time you want in the Noopii customer portal. You can also access your subscriptions if you create an account in your shop.
How can I skip or reschedule a subscription order?
You can skip or reschedule the charge in the Noopii customer portal. Each scheduled delivery will have a 'Skip payment' button next to it, which you can use to skip the charge. You can reschedule the payment by clicking on the Reschedule button next to the delivery date.
Please note that all orders are dispatched one business day after successul payment is made.
Can I add products to my Noopii subscription?
Yes! You can add products to your subscription in the Noopii customer portal. Just click on the Edit button in the products card and edit, remove or add products to your subscription.
What happens if the payment can't be processed?
If the subscription can't be renewed because a payment can't be processed you will receive an email with a link where you can safely update your payment method.

What happens if I add other items to my Noopii subscription?
Free Shipping currently applies only to subscription cartons. If you add additional items into your order, please be aware that these may incur an automated shipping fee. For example, if you order a subscription carton, and add other Jamie Kay items, but the subtotal does not exceed $100, you will incur the standard shipping fee. To avoid this, you can either order just the subscription carton by itself, or order more than $100 worth of products.
