We offer straightforward shipping rates to get your Jamie Kay pieces to you as quickly as possible:

Free Shipping: Available on all orders over AUD$120.

Flat Rate Shipping: A standard fee of AUD$11.99 apples to all orders under AUD$120.

Global Destinations

We ship 99% of our international worldwide orders via FedEx however some rural/island locations require us to use NZ post. When you are provided with your tracking number it will also advise the company we have used to send the parcel to you. 

Free Shipping: Available on all orders over AUD$250.

Flat Rate Shipping: AUD$15 on all orders under AUD$250.

We want you and your little one to completely love your purchase. If you need a different size, colour, or style, we gladly offer quick returns for a store credit within 21 days of purchase for all change-of-mind items. Once your item has been received back into our warehouse it will be processed and a store credit will be issued to the value of the original purchase price of your return. You can then use this credit to re-purchase in a new size or colour that you desire.

Why Store Credit Only? Because our collections are produced in intentional, limited runs and experience incredibly high demand, items sell out quickly. Providing a store credit ensures that once our warehouse processes your return, you can immediately select and secure the exact available size, colour, or new-arrival piece you desire. We use a selection of premium, high-quality fabrics to ensure every piece is gentle on your little one's skin. Our collection features:

Organic Cotton: Incredibly soft and breathable, our cotton is perfect for delicate and sensitive skin.

Cotton Modal: Known for being "buttery soft," Modal is crafted from beech trees. It is more absorbent than standard cotton and highly resistant to fading and shrinkage.

Pima Cotton: A high-end cotton favoured for its exceptional durability and silk-like softness.

Because our garments are designed to become treasured family heirlooms passed down through generations, proper care is essential. We formulate our washing instructions specifically to protect the integrity of our natural fibres:

Organic Cotton: While our organic cotton is incredibly durable, to prolong the life of our garments we recommend a gentle machine wash and line dry in the shade.

Cotton Muslin: Due to the delicate nature of the fabric we recommend a gentle hand wash (or gentle machine wash in a laundry bag) and line dry in the shade only.

Cotton Knitwear: Gentle hand wash (or machine wash on cold) and line dry in the shade only. Due to the nature of the materials we recommend washing and line drying within the same day.

Organic Cotton Rib Essentials: To prolong the life of our rib essentials range we recommend a gentle machine wash and line dry in the shade.

Jamie Kay clothing generally runs true to size - but we know every baby is different! You can find specific measurements for every garment on its product page. If you are ever unsure, we always recommend sizing up to ensure your little one has plenty of room to grow and stay comfortable.

Our baby clothing range for girls and boys starts at Newborn and goes up to Size 2. For older children, we offer a full girls' and boys' collection that begins at Size 2 and extends up to Size 10.

We offer credit card payments for Visa and Mastercard holders, along with Paypal, Afterpay and Laybuy for qualifying customers. Our online banking facility is ASB 12-3191-0049598-00.

For purchases outside of New Zealand you may be required to pay duty tax on your orders.

Little Loves Loyalty FAQ's

You can earn loyalty points on all purchases, and also be completing certain actions. View more information here!

You can check your current balance by logging into your account here.

You can check your Loyalty points expiry date by logging into your account here. Points will expire after 12 months of inactivity, i.e. no points earned or redeemed (inactivity excludes birthday points allocated).

Simply log into your account here, and when you get to the checkout your points will appear. You can choose if you wish to redeem them at this point, and they will automatically apply to your cart!

Yes - you earn Loyalty points when you purchase a gift card, but please be aware you do not also earn Loyalty points when you redeem the gift card at a later date.

Please note that loyalty points awarded exclude both tax and shipping.

If you have redeemed points for a discount but not yet used the discount code, you will be able to find the discount code by going to the Loyalty page, logging into your account and clicking on 'Rewards History'.
